No. If you already have the header added with Declude JunkMail, you don't
need to worry about the option in Declude Virus (in this case, the header
will get added whether or not the option is used in Declude Virus).

added whether or not a virus is present, whether the option is used in the
Declude Virus or Declude JunkMail settings.
