Since Declude couldn't remove that directory, I would recommend look in
d:\imail\spool\Dcc4212c.vir\ and seeing what files are in there. Whatever
files/directories are in there are the one(s) that prevented Declude from
deleting the directory, and should provide a clue as to what happened.
