It's a file that reads "1.1 .exe". Is that a normal file? When I
right click on it, it doesn't give me the option to "Open With",
so I am apprehensive about opening it. I don't want to select it
to execute it, right?

Since Declude couldn't remove that directory, I would recommend
look in
d:\imail\spool\Dcc4212c.vir\ and seeing what files are in there.
Whatever
files/directories are in there are the one(s) that prevented
Declude from
deleting the directory, and should provide a clue as to what
happened.
