We use CA InoculateIT and have the same issue. Everything comes up as "Unknown Virus"
in "Unkown File". I was told that there is not a fix for the CA product.

We are using Trend's pcscan, and it works great. One exception. Still have
not figured out how to get declude to pull the virus info correctly from the
report text file generated from pcscan. Seems that pcscan constructs the
data in the log in reverse of all the other scanners. Anyone else using
pcscan run into this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ken
