Yes (with Declude Virus Standard and/or Declude Virus Pro). You can use
the virus_domains.txt file to do that -- you just need a "DEFAULT ON" line
(so all mail will be scanned by default) and a "example.com OFF" line to
turn off scanning for that one domain.
