Are you using per-user or per-domain settings that could be causing this?

Do you mean that it is sent to both of you (and it gets blocked for you but 
not someone else), or it gets blocked when the recipient forwards it to you 
(there's a big difference as far as Declude is concerned)?

Do you know which virus it is?
