http://vil.mcafee.com/dispVirus.asp?virus_k=99273 shows that it's a generic 
vulnerability that McAfee is detecting (similar to the Outlook "CR" and 
"Blank Folding" vulnerabilities that Declude Virus can detect).  So it 
isn't a virus that McAfee knows about, either -- it's one that they think 
may be a virus (and likely is, given that type of vulnerability -- it isn't 
something that someone is likely to accidentally trigger).

They suggest submitting the attachment (using the procedure at 
http://www.mcafeeb2b.com/naicommon/avert/avert-research-center/submit-sample.asp 
).
