Some of them are in the \imail\spool and some are showing up in
\imail\{domain}\users\{name}\main.mbx

Most on in\imail\spool\virus...those I can just delete

If they are in the \IMail\spool\virus directory, that's normal, and 
shouldn't be a cause for alarm (the files in the \IMail\spool\virus 
directory are the viruses that Declude quarantined).  If they are in the

\Imail\spool directory, that's a different issue -- they could be
E-mails 
that are currently being processed (the filenames and extensions would 
provide a big clue as to why they are there).
