Do you mean:
'I'm always getting "Unknown Virus virus in Unknown File"'?
If you are always getting it, then there is a configuration issue (if you
either E-mail me your virus.cfg file, or post the SCANFILE and REPORT
lines, I can let you know what to fix), or your AV program doesn't save a
report file that includes the virus name and attachment name in the
standard format.
If you are only getting it on some E-mails, then it may be that your AV
program has detected a suspicious file, rather than a known virus. In this
case, it does not know the name of the virus.
