I'm getting it only on some emails. I'm using F-prot 3.12a and 6/29/2002 definitions and Declude 1.55. I understand that it's not possible to report on a virus name when the virus is unknown, but I wonder why it can't report in which file is the unknown virus? If you are always getting it, then there is a configuration issue (if you either E-mail me your virus.cfg file, or post the SCANFILE and REPORT lines, I can let you know what to fix), or your AV program doesn't save a report file that includes the virus name and attachment name in the standard format. If you are only getting it on some E-mails, then it may be that your AV program has detected a suspicious file, rather than a known virus.
