We upgraded to the full windows version from using the DOS only version. >From what I have seen the DOS only version is not a 32-bit app and has to use NTVDM (Dos Virtual Machine) to run which takes more system resources. After going to the full 32-bit dos version (fpcmd.EXE) we noticed a drop in processor utilization during e-mail scanning. This is just from personal experience, hope it helps.
