That is still somewhat more difficult than explain their errors...  ;-)

I think the best solution is to write a Web-Script that requeues a
certain spoolfile if the recipient of the warning message clicks on the
link. 

Like: http://www.domain.com/requeue.asp?spoolfile=Da23v3445678h6v3.SMD 

Someone has expiriences doing this?
