..until there is spreading a real virus using such a vulnerability. 
The worst case: A Worm that uses the known sources of email-adresses
(Adressbook, send-folder...) to send himself to multiple recipients. If
it's true that a lot of av-scanners are not able to recognise such a
vulnerability and there are multiple recipients the speed of
distribution should be "amazing". We've seen again and again that most
users never update their outlook SW.

Now if recipient1 is intelligent enough to not force the delivery by
clicking on the lnik or requesting it via email but there is only one
single other recipient doing this ...
