Wouldn't that first statement about the license key not be a problem since the key is specific to the mailserver that is it is run on and could not be reused unless you used the domain and server name that the keycode was originally for?

A) bad ideal to post your entire Global.CFG file - it contains your license code right at the very beginning of the file. Scott may have to invalidate it. B) you need to consult the DECLUDE log files at the time the emails were sent/not received to determine WHY they were not delivered. Your assumption, that it had to be one of the black-lists is premature. Your configuration files specify all kind of reasons, why email may not pass. In fact, I almost suspect that NYTIMES.com may have a simple "header" problem that would trigger your SPAMHEADERS=HOLD setting. Of course, SPAMCOP=HOLD is another likely candidate - and hard to track down since SPAMCOP is not permanent but transient (it may NOT be blacklisted now, but could have been 5 minutes ago!) ORDB=HOLD is another candidate that is likely to result in false positives.
