I've read through the archives and release notes concerning the SKIPIFRECIP option.
If the domain name which we want to skip notifications for was "sample.com" then I think the correct syntax for SKIPIFRECIP is...
SKIPIFRECIP @sample.com
...and I want to add that line to the top of "recip.eml"?
Is that correct?
That is correct. You just need to be sure that there aren't any blank lines before the "To:", "From:", and "Subject:" lines (or else they will become part of the body of the E-mail).
