Franco, Some of our customers have also "old" mailboxes from other ISPs (something like [EMAIL PROTECTED]) We urge our customers to request the old ISP to forward all messages from this address to the new mailbox on our server. If the old ISP is not cooperative or will charge something for the forwarding-service we've set up a script to retrieve regulary all messages via pop3 from the old mailbox. If our customer want to keep his old mailbox we can only explain that our virus filter will not prevent from infections over other mailboxes.
