Yes, all three levels are McAfee VirusScan. I have just checked NAI's site
and discovered that there is now a version 7.1 of VirusScan Enterprise so I
will be getting that and applying it campus wide after checking it out.
Strange that they haven't notified me of the updates.

Are all 3 levels of protection using McAfee?  If so, McAfee is the one weak 
link -- if it doesn't detect a virus for some reason, all 3 levels are 
vulnerable.

Have you checked the .exe file to see if it is the latest version (or at 
least a recent version, within the past 4 months)?
