After following this list and seeing snippets from f-prot logs, I believe mine may not be running correctly. I never see viruses listed by name, only entries like the following:
07/27/2004 15:57:56 Qcfe200660140f9cf Invalid PIF Vulnerability 07/27/2004 15:57:57 Qcfe200690120f9d0 Invalid COM Vulnerability
This will occur if Declude Virus detects a vulnerability. This will happen if the AV program isn't working properly, or if its virus definitions are not up to date (or if the E-mail with the vulnerability does not contain an actual virus).
Does the test eicar.com file get caught when sent from http://www.declude.com/tools ?
