Here are the relevant virus.cfg lines:
SCANFILE C:\Progra~1\fsi\f-prot\fpcmd.exe /TYPE /SILENT /NOMEM /ARCHIVE /NOBOOT /DUMB /REPORT=report.txt)
If you remove the ")" from the end of the line, it should fix the problem. I'm guessing that it is interfering with the scanning process. Also, you should make sure that that is all on one line (starting with "SCANFILE" and ending with "/REPORT=report.txt").
The test virus was caught and delivered nicely to the spool/virus folder. The virus folder has about 2500 files in it just from 8:00 this morning, so things are being caught. (Representing about 1500 active users) I just don't have any visibility as to which viruses they are.
If you are running v1.79 or later, you can go to a command prompt and type:
cd \IMail\spool\virus
find "X-Declude-Virus:" /i D*.SMD > virlist.txtand you'll create a file virlist.txt with a list of the E-mails that were quarantined and the viruses found in them.
