Thank you both. I have downloaded the zipped version, but having some issues setting it up (I've never programmed, so this stuff is gibberish to me). I have downloaded wget.exe and pkunzip.exe, I've changed the path to my imail and f-prot dirs, and I've changed the e-mail address. Which directories should these .exe's be in, all the same one as the .cmd file? Where in that updatefprot.cmd file do I edit the paths to these files? The e-mail I'm getting when I try to run the script look like this:

Disable the F-Prot updater and use one of the command line update scripts
that can be found on the Declude site.  Then you can schedule the updates
with the Task Scheduler and not have to keep the server logged on all of the
time.  We have no problem get our updates this way.
