Scott, Found two more big bugs, it didn't order quite right if you had unpacked but not configured packages and corrupted dependencies.
Some guy had ~100 unpacked but not configured packages and it now handles that case properly. Could you look at bug 21575, apt doesn't need egcc and now that g++ in hamm is egcs it doesn't need eg++ either. Should probably get a new version out..
