Squid supports "Pragma: no-cache", even in the client request headers. >> i'd like to use (squid-)proxied ftp, but apt's ftp does not handle it. >> thus, i'm notable to use my nearest mirror :( > >Have you asked your nearest mirror to add http access? Thomas is using http access, but would like to use http-proxied ftp. Anyway, the proper solution ofcourse is for the HTTP server to add the right Expires: headers.
