Hi! I recently picked up a Dreamcast and an one-board computer, both running on the SuperH chip to help the Debian/SH port.
Like the other new architectures, the SH port requires GCC-3.x and thus
there is not apt yet. In the archives I saw a patch to make apt compile
with GCC-3.x but it doesn't seem to be merged into CVS yet.
What's the status of it? Does the patch produce an compilable and usable
apt ? I read that there were some cosmetic problems with some parts of it
but wouldn't it be important to get a working apt for the new architectures
as soon as possible ?
Thanks.
