Package: apt Version: 0.5.3 Severity: wishlist It isn't usually a problem, but when, for example, woody goes stable and the symlink "stable" in the debian mirrors is redirected, apt should throw a loud warning on an attempt to upgrade (or probably install), since it usually takes a dist-upgrade to do that cleanly.
