My experience with opensource is mixed. I use two opensource products, Firebird db and OnGuard. Firebird is an excellent product with excellent support via one of these yahoo groups. I can almost guarantee an answer to any question i have within a day. OnGuard however, does appear to have 'died' or at least be terminally ill! Its forum http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=241892 has only one post in 2005! Pete
