Thought I would start a new topic as this was kinda different to the
last question.
I liked the idea of using a GUID as a key in the registry, so I've
been looking at that method.
Do I generate the GUID on my development machine and use
it 'statically' in my code? Something like:
MyAppGUID : TGuid = ['{15755161-D506-11D3-8BF9-005004B21322}']
If I generate it dynamically, it seems to change each time.
I must admit that I thought from what I had read that the GUID would
be the same for a particular application each time it was run.
