Well... there might be many ways.... does this java application have
already some import mechanism? if you will be using the same database as
they are, like Chris said it should not be any problem, you post the data in
the database and java application will read from it as usual...
If for any reason, those two applications have different databases or
one of them has not (for example your delphi application will serve to
process some data without storing them) you might want to export them into
an XML or CSV file and an importing module should be written in the java
application...
Can you give us more details on both applications please?

How would I go about doing it? Via the database?
I'm writting the Delphi program for the client where there internal program
is written in Java (there programmers only know Java). So the users use the
Java application front-end.
