Of course, the CIA Worldbook project contains a lot more useful
information:

You can download this factbook too but it doesn't seem to have any
usable lists that can be imported easily, except for some ranking
pages that seem to be Tab-delimited textfiles. You could, for example,
edit the countrylisting.html file from the download and change it into
a CVS file to import. It seems to be a pretty complete list.
