Do they have Administrator rights to install the MDAC or what else does the message say, It might say can not execute MDAC_Typ.exe because .....

Our customer has SP2 installed, so there really shouldn't be a problem. Nevertheless, I got him to download and install 2.80 and now he comes back with an error message of "MDAC_Typ.exe cannot be executed." Any ideas why this could be and what can be done to overcome this? TIA.
