(I also assume that he uses the Windows XP default which sets up just one user with administrator rights.) The error message he sent me didn't contain any more information but it may well be that he didn't send the whole text. Our application is for personal use, so he doesn't have it installed on an office PC and from what I gather doesn't seem to have another machine to try it out.
