yeah you can do that too...

    Tag property is created for programmers to use in cases like this. I
think it would be ok only make sure not to override it when not needed...

Following this group has taught me a great deal. I am
self taught and not at all a "purist," only progamming
for my own needs. So, forgive me in advance, if this
is not a smart question.

Would using the calling form's tag property be an okay
place to store this info. Setting it to either 1 or 2
by the subsequent form and then checking its value
when focus returns to the calling form???

Just curious since tComponent's tag property is always
there and never used.
