There is a way the Exchange Server Administrator can turn that warning off. Another way is to use a free utility I ran across called ClickYes. http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/ This program will automatically (and instantly) answer yes whenever the warning to which you refer appears. If does not automatically answer any other dialogs but the Outlook one. I have been writing MAPI programs, tools, and utilities for years and previous versions of Outlook did not throw these warning dialogs. It was actually a customer who found the ClickYes program on the internet when his Exchange Admin could not figure out how to shutoff the warnings from the Exchange Server side.
