There is a way the Exchange Server Administrator can turn that warning off.
Another way is to use a free utility I ran across called ClickYes.

This program will automatically (and instantly) answer yes whenever the
warning to which you refer appears. If does not automatically answer any
other dialogs but the Outlook one.

I have been writing MAPI programs, tools, and utilities for years and
previous versions of Outlook did not throw these warning dialogs. It was
actually a customer who found the ClickYes program on the internet when
his Exchange Admin could not figure out how to shutoff the warnings from
the Exchange Server side. He tells me the program works great and is
unobtrusive.
