Remember that not everyone uses or has Outlook.  I use Thunderbird, but 
if you try doing Outlook COM automation from your application on my 
system, it will be stopped by the fact that I've never run Outlook on 
this system even though it is installed.  The first time Outlook is run 
by a user, it enters a special wizard configuration mode.  Cancelling 
that causes any COM-automation objects to be cancelled as well.

You may be better off sending the "e-mail" through a webpage that is 
hardcoded into the application.
