an ISAPI is an ISAPI it's just a .dll if a web host can support .cgi it should be able to support ISAPI... the issue would be if you were to talk about doing .aspx on a windows host vs a UNIX host. there are tons of hosting facilities or services out there that offer SQL Server as well not sure if any are still using SQL 200 since it's kind of old but do a google search
