I guess I continue to be happy with Delphi because I only do Win32 and I'll 
continue to do so for a while. That might change once Vista hits the 
desktops, but for the moment I'm a happy Delphi7 developer doing Win32 
programmes!

Also I'm in a funny position here because my competition is ALSO using 
Delphi, and they're using Delphi6 with waaaay less 3rd party controls (yes, 
I did sneak a peek, I also "decompiled" my competition and took a look at 
the dfm's).

So I'm asking: How does Delphi compare to Visual Studio when developing for 
Win32? I'm not interested in language difference, I'm mostly interested in 
library functionality, 3rd party control availability, ease of use (and ease 
in employing programmers), ease of debugging.
