I had a nightmare with AlteraHosting (not ReadySetConnect) and WSS (WebSiteSource). At least 2 days for a reply from customer support. At least 2 hours / day the server was down. REALLY slow connection.
Also some problems also with IPowerWeb. My recomendation: Never buy a full year. Buy only 2 months. If everything ok, then you can buy a full year hsting.
