Nope, there aren't. We're looking to hire Delphi programmers (and we've been doing so for a looong time) and most of the people we interviewd are anything but experienced. There are unfortunatelly two trends when it comes to Romania's programers: 1) The good ones don't work in Romania. 2) The rest of the bunch are no good. There's a deep problem with the educational system in romanina. Most young graduating engeneers, with a diploma in software engeneering DO NOT WANT TO DO PROGRAMMING! They all wnat to be web-designers or something similar.
