No, I hadn't taken a look at what might be new either, so I just did
a new search and really didn't come up with anything I felt would be very
helpful. Perhaps the best thing would be for me to simply e-mail the
programmer listed and ask! <g>
Basically, I want to be able to take a master document along with
it's word schema holding all the formatting, contents, etc., and then
include it as is within a Delphi written exe. As for the web, I can't see
that as being a problem except perhaps for some of the formatting. I'm not
much of a pdf fan myself, but there are also plenty of those conversion type
utilities around as well.
One thought I just had, and perhaps I'm completely off base on this,
but having never used the com servers for Office included with Delphi, I
wonder if they have any special abilities that might be helpful? I have
always assumed them to be useful only for starting an embedded or separate
Office session but perhaps I'm wrong?

Hadn't heard of this previously either. I'll have a look at the Delphi
source when I get a chance and let you know.

Sounds cool.

I haven't looked at any Word add-ons recently (except for the macros
that my translation and OCR packages added to Word); but if they're VBA
based, they ought to work in ANY recent version of Word (FLW).
If they're compiled Word add-in DLLs, that's another story of course.
Any in particular you're concerned about? I can try to have a look at
them and see what's not working.
