Hello, the culprit was....."Logitech Quick-Cam". It installs this service:
Service Name: LVPrcSrv Display Name: Process Monitor Description: Injector service C:\Program Files\Common Files\LogiShrd\LVMVFM\LVPrcSrv.exe which does naughty things to the debugger.
