Well, I checked on the IBM website:

and it says on the hype alerts list, and I quote:
January 12, 1999 "It Takes Guts to Say 'Jesus'" <Guts/> is just another
hoax message that has found its way into the netstream.
So please don't forward every warning you receive without doing any
investigation into its validity!
To put it another way, don't believe the hype. :)
