If I view your messages 'raw', the body looks like this:
VmVyeSBvZmYgdG9waWMgLSBDYW4gYW55b25lIHRlbGwgbWUgd2h5IG15IE91dGxvb2sgMjAwMCBt
YWlsZXIgaXMgcHV0dGluZyBjcmFwIGF0IHRoZSBlbmQgb2YgbXkgZW1haWxzLi4uLg0KDQo+IDV5
nZZSsrqWLnWGlqLNsob/waauDQoNCkNocmlzDQoNCg0KVGhpcyBpcyB0aGUgbGFzdCBsaW5lIG9m
IHRleHQgYW5kIHdpbGwgZW5kIHdpdGggYSBYIHNvIGhlcmUgaXQgdGhlIFg=
Looks like Outlook is base64 encoding the message body by default.
