No, but I've used (and can recommend) the Form-to-HTML
converter component available from HREF
(http://www.href.com/DFM2HTML).
It works with D2+ and C++ Builder, and can be integrated with
any dynamic back end -- most particularly their WebHub product,
of course. The results can be generic or browser-specific, and are
impressive to see.
