What you will need to deploy standalone databases is a deployment license
for the Jet engine files (including DAO, ODBC and suchlike). The easy way to
get this license is to buy a development product such as Office Developer
Edition or Visual Basic. Then your install program needs to be set up to
install these files. Most of the good installers should be able to do this
for you.
