OK,
Can people please use the normal method of unsubscribing,
eg, send a messge like so:
to: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
from: <you>
Subject: <blank>
subscribe delphi John Doe
unsubscribe offtopic
etc - more than one command can go in a message.
