Have a look in the ComObj modules - This has the COM classFactory stuff and it
includes the stuff for licensing - just compares a widestring that has to be provided
from somewhere from the CreateInstanceLic
Myles.

Thanks Nic, but no unfortunately, couldn't find any .lic files. First
thing I went hunting for before I spent an hour in Regedit looking. Any
other ideas?
License is not an issue at this point, as All I'm trying to do here is
an experiment - but to me a very important one. I'l tackle that problem
later if the OCX solves my other problems.

Look for a .lic file in \winnt\system32 - should be the
same name as the .ocx. Dunno the legallity of it tho - check in the
licence agreement with VS.
