We use ComponentSoftware RCS. As its name indicates, it's GNU RCS
compatible, so you should be alright with switching if you need to. It
handles multiple developers ok over our WAN, although getting a full list of
hundreds of files can be a bit slow remotely. Integrates well into Explorer
and (with a free add-on) into Delphi 3 and 4.
