Do you have IE 5 installed?  NT or 95 or 98?

 

I get similar lockups but without a message.  Sometimes I get this message or others and no lockup.

When I fire up Delphi I am getting an access error in VCL40.BPL and either a shutdown or another access error in CoreIDE.BPL --- I have reinstalled registry entries with no joy so reinstalled Delphi still same problem. No project is open and when I can get in I cannot start a new app as the form wont show - get CoreIDE.BPL problem --

 

Any clues chaps (and chappesses) ?
