Sometimes I have managed to get in by starting another copy of
D4 while the first copy is locked up. The 2nd copy works and then you can
kill the first.
And/or, get rid of IE5 - I'm just about to do this myself as I
now have problems with D3 and D4 only starting crapping out after I installed
IE5.
