But the problem is with windows not Delphi.  I find NT much more 
robust (not as much as OS2 though), and thats a laugh.  Its taken 
us a year to finally figure out the holes in the win95/98/nt spooler 
when using dos apps.  

1)  Empty jobs lock the machine.  

2)  Dos apps when printing batches lock the machine.  This code that
has been working for 7 years on every other network fails.  It turns
out that the code executes too fast, once I put in a delay of upto 3
seconds between jobs, everything is sweet.

3)  Simultaneous job creation locks machines.  Maybe we will get the
users to use hand semaphores before printing.

Crud would be a good name for it.
