Nic The problem was that It is difficult to pitch the info at the right people I was at a clients recently and they'd bought a POS system written in VB with a Jet DB The problem with Delphi has always been that it is so flexible it doesn't push you in the right direction I mean have you looked at some to the DB drivers available - Apollo et el talk about the great leap backward Finally we have a mainstream free SQL server which is upwardly scalable - rejoice! I was really pitching at people who still use Paradox with a TTable!! BTW TTable should be banned!
